Hello again you tasty treat! Our Hef to Def is a Strawberry Weissbier AND it is beyond delicious!! For this we beer we brewed a brand new Hefeweizen using a yeast strain that provides those big banana flavors then we add over 500lbs of strawberries… yes OVER 500 lbs!! For those worried about it being too much strawberry that you can’t distinguish that base beer… fear not, you’re drink a Bad Beat beer!
